Class Types & Payment Options

Group Courses (>2 students):
  • Each course includes a specific number of class sessions and runs on a fixed schedule.
  • Payment is due in full before the second class.
Private Classes (1 or 2 students):
  • Minimum purchase of private classes is 20 hours. Full payments must be made before the start of 2nd class.
  • Private class hours are valid for up to 6 months from purchase or completion of full payment.

 

Scheduling and Attendance

Public Holidays:
  • No classes are held on local or national holidays.
  • If a class falls on a holiday, a make-up class will be scheduled free of charge.
Class Cancellation by Instructor:
  • If the teacher cancels a class, a make-up session will be scheduled at no charge.
Rescheduling:
  • Group course schedules are fixed and cannot be changed.
  • For private classes, students can reschedule classes to a different time slot in the same week if the instructor is available. Rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before class time. 
Missed Group Classes:
  • No make-up classes, refunds, or credits are provided for missed group classes initiated by the student.
Instructor Assignment & Continuity
  • Xi Xo reserves the right to assign or change instructors at any time.
  • Student requests for specific instructors will be accommodated when possible based on availability.

 

Registration, Payment & Refunds

Deposit:
  • To reserve a place in the group course or a timeslot for private class, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the course fee is required upon registration. 
Refunds & Credits:
  • All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
  • In cases where a class is canceled and no make-up can be offered, students will receive hour credits for future uses to be used within 6 months after the issued date.
Transfers:
  • Course credits and packages are non-transferable to other students unless approved in writing by Xì Xồ management.

 

Force Majeure

  • Xi Xo is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, power outages).
  • In such cases, Xi Xo will make reasonable efforts to offer make-up classes or online alternatives.
  • Refunds will not be issued, but expiration dates may be extended at Xi Xo’s discretion.

  • Xi Xo reserves the right to update, modify, or add to these policies at any time

  • All registered students will be notified of policy changes via email.
